Join us to celebrate three remarkable women who are pioneering the construction industry:

🌟 Dominique Gill - Owner/Founder & CEO of Urban Core, who has revolutionized the sector by employing 50% women in a field traditionally dominated by men. A recipient of the 2021 Crystal Vision Award, she also founded Next Gen to attract women into construction.

🌟 Drenka Andjelic - Founder of Construction Assignments, Drenka made history as the first woman in Australia to establish a client-side project management business. With over 20 years of experience, she has been a driving force behind almost 30 new hotels and served on prestigious councils within the Property Council of Australia.

🌟 Divya Mehta - CEO of Decode Group, overseeing an impressive portfolio valued at $1.4 billion with 250 staff members. She is a champion for inclusivity and has received accolades including the 2025 Women in Leadership Award.
