About the event

Fractal Circles is a weekly hangout in presence. We invite you to connect with the baseline of openness, which we will foster through practices informed by authentic relating, microsolidarity, and meditation.
Fractal Circles are emergent. They will be structured when necessary, and free flow otherwise. It will have clear beginning and end like checking in and harvesting.
Structured circles tend to involve a solo meditation that guides towards open awareness, sentence stems and their use patterns, and building up of group size from dyad to small group to whole group.
Free flow tends to prioritize individual agency within the whole group. Structured activities or smaller groups could break out as a result, but there is no expectation for that.
We will begin promptly at 3, and end roughly around 5. You are welcome to hang around until 5.30
This is a free event open to all of any experience with these practices. Bring a cushion/picnic blanket. There will be shade.
Message Michael for instructions to get to the roof top!
