Beth Tzedec warmly welcomes the community to a monumental Symphony Gala Concert celebrating the official Installation of Chaim Stern as The Hennick Family Senior Cantor. This significant evening showcases the talents of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) and carries a powerful message of unity and hope.
Conducted by Tomer Adaddi, this event features special guest appearances by cantors Gideon Zelermyer and Rachel Brook. Prepare for a rich musical tapestry that traces Cantor Stern's unique journey—from his childhood in Israel and his service in the IDF to his new beginnings at Beth Tzedec.
The program unfolds across six captivating musical chapters, harmonizing the emotional depth of Cantorial masterpieces with beloved Israeli classics, World & Italian favorites, and the dynamic spirit of Broadway. This night promises an exceptional blend of vocal brilliance and symphonic splendor, marking a new era for our Congregation and providing an unforgettable cultural experience for the entire GTA community.
