• Bring your own water bottles and snacks to stay energized!
• Wear appropriate footwear for the trail
• Swimming Note: Participants are welcome to swim at their own risk. Parents will need to supervise their children during the swimming and hiking activities.
  Families Are Encouraged to Bring:
• Towels
• Change of clothes
• Water shoes or sandals (if desired)
