About the event

Three days of festival, hundreds of conversations, dozens of "let's stay in touch"s. The post-festival hike is the integration walk: a Saturday morning loop through Vondelpark to metabolise what just happened, carry the most useful threads forward, and figure out what you actually want to do about it with the people who showed up to KFF26 alongside you.
Saturday May 30 · 11:30–13:30
Maagd van Amsterdam, at the Vondelpark entrance, Amsterdam
Hiking is good at creating rhythms of thought, a pace of mind, a social cadence for collaborative creativity and improvisational thought. After three days of high-density festival programming, it's also one of the better ways to convert intention into momentum, alongside the people you've just spent the week with.
This hiking tradition began years ago when David Hodgson and Bobby Fishkin started gathering multidisciplinary collaborators for hikes. The format is simple: walk, talk, let the conversation move across impact investing, social innovation, solarpunk futures, systems change, and whatever the festival just unlocked in your thinking. Two hours through Vondelpark with people in the process of changing the world who happen to enjoy a hike.
Come if you want to keep the festival's best conversations going past the closing day. Come if you're sitting with a half-formed idea from a session and want to think it out loud with peers. Come if you're a systems change leader, an impact investor, a solarpunk, a social innovator, or a multidisciplinary agent of change wondering what to do with the week you just had. Come if you just want one more good walk before flying home.
A wind-down anchor for KFF26: leave the festival not with a list of business cards, but with three or four conversations you intend to continue.

A NOTE ON THIS EVENT
This is a community-organised side event on the KFF26 Luma calendar, hosted by Bobby Fishkin and the Solarpunk / CrowdDoing community. It's not part of the official KFF26 programme; it's one of the gatherings the community is putting on around the festival to extend the conversation and the connections.
Capacity is intimate (~30). Please RSVP so the hosts know to look out for you.
