Meet the Artists:
🎻 Anna Agafia Egholm
A Danish-Ukrainian violinist celebrated for her rich tonal palette. She has garnered accolades in prestigious competitions, including the Nielsen and Tibor Varga contests. Anna has performed as a soloist with renowned orchestras like the Munich Symphony and Copenhagen Philharmonic, and her debut album was nominated for an ICMA award, earning her the Clef d'Or.
🎻 Niklas Walentin
This award-winning Danish-Swiss violinist and educator is known for his captivating tone and international presence. He is a triple winner of the Carl Nielsen International Violin Competition and has graced stages like Carnegie Hall and the Mariinsky Theatre with his ensemble, Trio Vitruvi.
🎹 Jean-Baptiste Doulcet
As a board member of FCA, pianist, improviser, and composer, Jean-Baptiste is a creative force. Notably, he secured 4th prize at the Long-Thibaud Competition in 2019 and clinched the Modern Times' Prize at Clara Haskil the same year. He has a lifelong passion for improvisation, crafting everything from his own cadenzas for piano concertos to music for silent films.
The masterclass is designed for anyone passionate about classical music, cultural travel, or simply those seeking an unforgettable midweek experience.
