Jazz From The Ground Up Workshop

Join us for an exciting weekend of Jazz and Lindy Hop workshops dedicated to social dancing! This event aims to build connections between dancers and the music. We're thrilled to welcome our amazing facilitators, Gabs Novellino (she/her) and Grey Armstrong (he/him), who will lead the workshops focused on fostering community and understanding the roots of jazz dancing.

Workshop Highlights:

• Experience the ELEF (Everybody Leads, Everybody Follows) method, allowing everyone to explore both leading and following, regardless of prior experience.
• Gain new skills for the dance floor and enrich your knowledge of the music and the African-American culture integral to these dances.

• Full Pass Includes: 6+ hours of workshops, cultural talks, and entry to Friday and Saturday social dances, plus a Sunday hangout.

Admission Fee: 💸 700 NOK
Social Dance Entry Fee: 🕺 100 NOK per night at the door for Friday and Saturday.
