KW Folkekøkken: Bún chả giò chay

🌞 Summer has arrived, and we're excited to share a delightful Vietnamese dish with you! Join us for Bún chả giò chay, a colorful noodle bowl featuring crispy vegan spring rolls, fresh herbs, and delicate rice noodles, all drizzled with a savory-sweet vegan fish sauce.

Accompanying this dish is gỏi xoài, a refreshing green mango salad 🥭 that offers the perfect crunchy contrast for those warm summer days!

🌱 Important Information:

• Our dinners are fully vegan!
• Food is served at 18:30.
• Tickets can be purchased at Tikkio.com until 4 PM the day before the event to ensure we minimize waste.
• Main dish tickets are priced at 60 DKK. Reservations are not available.
• Please note that refunds are not available through Tikkio. If you have an extra ticket, feel free to sell it to someone else! 🙂
• We kindly ask for your help in collecting your dishes, cutlery, and glasses, and giving them a wipe at the washing station. As volunteers, we appreciate your support in keeping things clean!
