After a spectacular debut in the UK with acclaimed chef Douglas Balish, we are excited to host Marcus Clayton in London for dinner No. 13! 🌍 His winning dish—exclusively vegetable-based—is a testament to his dedication to the art of cooking, emphasizing provenance, seasonality, and the belief that high-quality ingredients shine on their own. ✨
