Join us for an inspiring Urban Coral Community Walk at Refshaleøen! This week, we're excited to feature a special Cards for Life session.

🕓 Time: 15:00 – 17:00

Starting this Thursday, we'll gather at 3 PM throughout the winter as we transition from CEST to CET. Our journey kicks off from La Banchina, where Oleg Koefoed, co-initiator of Urban Coral, will guide us between various coral sites.

After visiting two coral installations, we’ll take refuge at Toll Havs Kiosk for the Cards for Life session, inviting everyone to bring a question on our relationship with nature and urban living. 👉 Learn more about Cards for Life.

This event is part of the Urban Corals walking community, open to all inquisitive individuals—humans and more-than-humans alike! We gather every other Thursday to walk, reflect, nurture mosses, plant seeds, meditate, and share our thoughts.

The Urban Corals project is a collaborative effort between Natur & Ungdom, Center for Life and Regeneration, and Thomas Bickham, graciously supported by Nordea-fonden, Refshaleøens Ejendomsselskab, and dedicated volunteers. Thank you for your support!

We have placed 11 corals across 7 locations on the island—sculptures that will naturally be adorned with moss and provide habitat for diverse life forms, enriching the area’s biodiversity. These corals invite us to connect, walk, meditate, and explore our curiosity about nature in urban settings.
