Lightness in Flying - Contact Improvisation Workshop with available collective

Join us for an enlightening workshop centered around Contact Improvisation, where our focus will be on experiencing the joy of lightness while flying! ✈️

In this engaging session, we will explore:

• The art of softness and ease in movement 🕊️
• The dynamics of falling up and down, rising, and flying 🌅
• Embracing curiosity over ambition and discovering new ways to connect

Through technical exercises, we will learn to:

• Engage with relaxation, gravity, inertia, and balance 🔄
• Share weight and support one another in our movements 🤝
• Dance improvisationally as we apply what we've practiced 🎶

Who Can Join?
This workshop welcomes participants of all levels - whether you are a seasoned CI practitioner, a dancer, or simply curious about movement. 🌈
