Menu Highlights:

• Fresh Vegetable Medley: Asparagus, radishes, young turnips, fresh peas, seasonal spreads with whipped herb cream, light vinaigrette, warm sourdough & whipped butter.
• Cold Beetroot Soup: A refreshing summer soup served with egg and fresh herbs.
• Fish & Early Summer Vegetables: Gently cooked fish complemented by savory rhubarb sauce, grilled asparagus, greens, and new potatoes with butter and herbs.
• Dessert: White chocolate custard with lemon and a hint of liquorice, accompanied by fresh strawberries.
