Presented by LSE Generate Longevity × Longevity Rave, created by Tina Woods and Yukari Takehisa.
Longevity science has measured almost everything except the things that make life worth living: joy, connection, and belonging. Yet growing evidence suggests these factors matter deeply for health, wellbeing, and longevity.
Join LSE Generate and Longevity Rave for an evening at Georgia Bar Berlin, exploring the relationship between music, movement, collective experience, and human flourishing.
17:00–19:00 — Pre-Rave Gathering + Panel Discussion
The evening opens with time to arrive, connect and meet others working across longevity, music, science and entrepreneurship, followed by a panel discussion bringing together scientists, DJs, founders and cultural innovators. The conversation will explore the research around rhythm, synchrony, nervous system regulation and social connection — and the role collective joy can play in long-term wellbeing. The panel will also introduce the JoyScore Experiment, a multi-year open-science research initiative studying how rhythm, movement synchrony and collective energy affect the brain, heart, immune system and overall wellbeing.
19:00 –00:00 — Longevity Rave
The space transforms into a full Longevity Rave, with live DJ sets from co-founders Tina Technotic and Yukari, alongside local collective RESONANCE Berlin. Experience house and techno alongside live brainwave visualisations of dancers and DJs presented by NeuroCreate, projected in real time to reveal the dynamics of joy on the dancefloor.
Longevity Rave is a collaboration between scientists, DJs, and cultural innovators investigating how environments designed around music, movement, and connection can help counter rising loneliness and social isolation. Blending rave culture with emerging research in neuroscience, longevity science, and human connection, the project explores how the experiences that make us feel most alive may also be critical to resilience, recovery, and flourishing.
Because living longer is not only about adding years to life — it's about creating more moments that make us feel fully alive.
