💰 Entry Fee: £40 per participant.
🎽 All competitors will receive an exclusive competition t-shirt!
🏆 Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 in each class, with ultimate Warrior trophies for those who exemplify true grit and camaraderie!

Events Include:

1. Overhead Press Medley: ⚡ 60 seconds to impress!

   • Lift 1: Axle press from the floor
   • Lift 2: Oly bar press from the floor
   • Lift 3: Log from chest for reps

2. Moving Medley: Carry keg / sandbag back and forth over 10 metres. 🏃‍♂️⏳

3. Deadlift Ladder: 🏋️‍♀️ Max time 60 seconds using different bars!

   • All lifts at the same weight, but increasing difficulty!

4. Farmers Handles to Power Stairs: 🚶‍♂️🚪 Handle carrying + stair climbing for max speed!

5. Atlas Stone to Shoulder: Lift for reps over 60 seconds! 💥
