Monday Mingle - 3km, 5km & 7km run

Join us by running a 3km, 5km or 7km on a Monday.This run is free for members and non-members. Just click "going" on the event and show up on time at Henry & Sally's!We will run in several pace groups, so everyone can join. Join a group with a distance and pace that you can keep up with so you can socialise, or pick a group that will challenge you - and upon return at the bar, you have the chance to buy a beer (or several) and mingle with all other runners.To join:Please click "going" so we know who and how many to expect, who to wait for, etc.
