🌿 Welcome to the Summer Dance Retreat!

Välkommen! It’s with great joy that I invite you to our five-day Summer Dance Retreat, happening for the fourth consecutive year at the stunning Möllan Retreat in Småland, Sweden. 🌞

We will immerse ourselves in the spirit of the elements and explore the 5 Rhythms in connection with Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

🏞️ A Perfect Setting
Möllan offers a picturesque environment surrounded by nature, with a lake and a stream flowing nearby. Enjoy facilities such as a sauna and fire pits. Dance sessions will take place in the spacious dance room and outdoors with Silent Disco headphones—a unique opportunity to connect with nature through movement.

🌀 Connecting with the Elements
Join us as we explore how the 5 Rhythms relate to earth, fire, water, air, and ether. Gabrielle Roth beautifully states, “To be earthy, fiery, watery, and airy is to acknowledge that we are made of all of these elements.”

💃 During these days, you’ll have the chance to explore your movements and listen to your body. There’s no need for prior experience with 5 Rhythms; everyone is warmly welcome!

Schedule

• Two daily dance sessions: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
• Afternoons are free for you to explore activities like swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing.

🏕️ Accommodation

Möllan offers various room options, including double, four-bed, and individual rooms, along with camping for a reduced price.

💰 Investment

• Early Bird: 6500 kr (before March 1)
• Middle Bird: 7000 kr (before June 1)
• Late Bird: 7500 kr (after June 1)
• Crew volunteer spots available at half price.

📅 Cancellation Policy

• 50% refund if canceled two weeks prior
• 25% refund if canceled a week prior
• Non-refundable afterwards.

🚍 Getting Here

Möllan is located near Åseda in Småland. For public transport, take a train to Växjö, then a bus to Åseda—we can arrange pickup from there!
