Join us as we celebrate five remarkable years of embodied connection and community! This year, we're elevating the experience by bringing together our rich history from past festivals and welcoming new voices from across Europe. 🤝✨

Experience a blend of authentic workshops and playful celebrations designed to foster connection and integration. Here’s what to expect:

• Workshops: 20+ diverse workshops focusing on Authentic Relating, Relational Presencing, and embodiment practices.
• Activities: Dance, morning workouts, playfights, sauna sessions, and much more.
• Meals: Enjoy three vegetarian/vegan meals each day, alongside snacks! 🌿
• Accommodation: Choose from twin rooms, dormitories, or even pitch a tent!

Schedule Highlights:

• Workshop Days: Experience deep connection with yourself and others from Wednesday to Friday.
• Celebration Day: A vibrant culmination on Saturday, filled with joy and creativity.
• Integration Space: On Sunday, we’ll create a space for grounding and reflection.
