Join Us for the Nucar Lakes Region 5K! 🏃‍♂️💚

Get ready for a family-friendly event dedicated to supporting mental health on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at Tanger Outlets, Tilton!

The first 150 registrants will receive a free race shirt! This 5K event will benefit the Lakes Region Mental Health Center (LRMHC), which provides essential integrated mental and physical health care to residents across 24 towns in central New Hampshire. LRMHC serves approximately 4,000 individuals each year and offers about $900,000 in charity care annually.
