Happy to Be Here is a heartfelt one-man musical crafted and performed by Miguel Sutedjo. This journey reflects his choice to return to NYC from the delightful landscapes of Taiwan. During his year abroad, Miguel not only penned puppet shows and ESL musicals for his middle schoolers but also savored rice at every meal, fell in love with convenience stores, and embraced the comforts of universal healthcare and warm Asian hospitality. So, why return if he was so happy there?

Until the First Snow, a poignant narrative set against the backdrop of the 1992 Los Angeles Riots, follows Kelly as she makes her way to her grandmother’s home on the outskirts of Seoul. Here, the lines between past and present blur, revealing fractured memories that unveil a hidden family history, redefining her sense of identity and inner strength.
