🐴 Ossie Ward Horse Show

Join us for an exciting day at the Ossie Ward Showing Horse Show on 19th July 2026 at Oak Lea Stables, off Queen St, Minety, Wilts SN5 0AG.

What to Expect:

• Pre-entries only - Limited to 15 entries per class. Those who pre-enter can register for additional classes on the day for £10 (cash only).
• Clear Round Jumping: Poles on the floor to a maximum of 40cms, will run from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM (Cash only, 2 rounds for £5).

Event Schedule:

• Ring 1 - Starting at 9:00 AM (Judge: Kate Woodhams)

  • In-hand Classes:
    • Class 1: Best Condition & Turnout
    • Class 2: Hunters & Show Hunter Ponies In-Hand
    • Class 3: Coloured Horses/Ponies In-Hand
    • Class 4: Mountain & Moorland In-Hand (Small Breeds)
    • Class 5: Mountain & Moorland In-Hand (Large Breeds)
    • Class 6: Cob/Cob Type In-Hand
    • Class 7: X-Racehorse In-Hand
    • Class 8: Veteran In-Hand
    • Class 9: Junior Novice Handler
  • Championship In-Hand: Qualifiers from above classes.

• Ridden Classes - Not Before 12:30 PM (Judge: Kate Woodhams)

  • Class 10: Ridden Hunter & Show Hunter Ponies
  • Class 11: Novice Lead Rein
  • Class 12: Novice First Ridden
  • Class 13: Ridden Coloured Horses/Ponies
  • Class 14: Ridden Veteran
  • Class 15: Ridden Mountain & Moorland (Small Breeds)
  • Class 16: Ridden Mountain & Moorland (Large Breeds)
  • Class 17: X-Racehorse Ridden
  • Class 18: Ridden Cob/Cob Type
  • Championship Ridden: Qualifiers from above classes.

Entry Fees:

• £9 per class.
• Entries must be made online at Horse Events. A non-refundable booking fee applies.
