• 100 Mile Ultra | St Dogmaels to Dale | ⛰ 6,300m ascent: A true endurance test over rugged headlands and wild terrain.
• 50 Mile Ultra | Porthgain to Dale | ⛰ 2,850m ascent: Experience thrilling climbs and breathtaking views on this scenic route.
• 50K Ultra | St Davids to Dale | ⛰ 1,850m ascent: A fast-paced ultra, perfect for those eager to soak in coastal beauty before heading to the afterparty!
• 22 Mile Trail Race | Newgale to Dale | ⛰ 1,150m ascent: An ideal entry-level challenge with generous cut-offs and stunning scenery.

All races conclude at our scenic HQ at Dale Hill Farm Campsite, featuring camping for participants and families, delicious food vendors, hot showers, and easy access to hidden beaches — transforming this from just a race to a full coastal adventure!
