Pilates for Riders with Rebecca Ashton

Join us for an invigorating session of Pilates for Riders with the incredible Rebecca Ashton! 💪✨ This is the perfect opportunity to shake off the winter chills while benefiting both your body and your best friend (your horse, of course!).

Rebecca is not only a qualified Pilates Instructor (Level 3 UK CYQ), but also an EA Accredited Coach (Level 1 Dressage Specialist). She excels at translating Pilates moves from the mat to the saddle, helping us to "be the athlete we expect our horses to be."
