Pocta Zuzaně Navarové: Jazz Elements

The band Pocta Zuzaně Navarové was formed in 2017 from the original band Jazz Elements, which had been active on the Czech scene since 2015. At one of their concerts, they decided to play a few songs by the bands Nerez and Koa for fun, and the concert was so successful that after some time they decided to continue as Pocta Zuzaně Navarové.

At their concerts, you will hear songs by Nerez and Koa in original renditions by a six-member ensemble led by Barbora Červinková, who is able to evoke a whole range of emotions in people with her performance and sings Zuzana Navarová's songs with feeling and humility. The band is made up of professional musicians, all of whom also sing, creating the beautiful harmonies for which Nerez was famous. Tomáš Pecka and Standa Šedivý play guitar, Tonda Jína plays drums, Nick Arthofer plays trumpet and percussion, and Honza Neruda plays fretless bass guitar. The concerts are very interactive, with the audience singing along throughout and dancing at the end.
