Join us for an enchanting evening of poetry with the acclaimed Ann-Marie Blanchard, as she reads from her upcoming collection in the historic setting of St James' King Street crypt. This intimate gathering will include engaging discussions and delightful refreshments following her reading.
🌏 Originally hailing from rural Australia, Ann-Marie is a prestigious author whose work has been featured in renowned publications such as The Georgia Review, Adroit Journal, Palette Poetry, and many more.
🏆 Notable achievements include being the 2024 Bundanon Artist in Residence and winning The Missouri Review Editors’ Prize in 2022 for fiction. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a PhD in creative writing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Currently, Ann-Marie teaches philosophy at The University of Notre Dame Australia, bringing insights from her decade-long teaching experience in the United States.
