Pride in London 2026 - The Dancers

About the event

Join us for an unforgettable celebration of love and acceptance at Pride in London 2026! 🎊✨

We are excited to announce our participation in this year's Pride march, where we'll be dancing and spreading joy! 💃

  • Tony is managing the logistics, including wristband distribution.
  • Phil will organize our group on the day of the parade alongside members of the UK Equality Dance Council.

🎟️ Reserve Your Spot: Mark yourself as 'GOING' to secure your wristband! If plans change, no worries—just keep us updated so we can reallocate the wristband.

📍 Meeting Point: We’ll gather on the east side of Berkeley Square, W1 before joining the parade on Park Lane. Arrive early, as the tube and surrounding areas will be busy. The best station to use is Bond St.

👗 Dress Code: Unleash your creativity—bright, sparkly, and eye-catching outfits are encouraged! Don’t forget sunscreen, and most importantly, bring your best smile! 😄

🎶 The Parade: We’ll be dancing with simple routines that are optional—just come to enjoy! Please bring a bottle of water, and note there won’t be space for large bags on the sound system trolley.
We’d appreciate volunteers to help push the trolley during the parade.

🔄 Rehearsals: We plan to have at least one rehearsal in Regent's Park prior to the event and will run through the routines on the day.

💲 Cost: This year, there’s no fee for community groups. In previous years, we collected funds for the Albert Kennedy Trust, but this year we invite you to donate directly if you wish: Donate to AKT.

📜 Code of Conduct: We’re committed to maintaining a respectful and fun atmosphere. Please familiarize yourself with our Code of Conduct.
