Queens Movie Night At WBBS
Join us for movie night at The World's Borough Bookshop in Jackson Heights!
We're showing "The Time That Remains" (2009) written and directed by Palestinian director Elia Suleiman.
We'll start the movie at 7:30 so everyone has time to mingle, grab a drink, and get settled. See you there! Don't forget to bring a tote bag (or grab a cute one at the bookshop) in case you're easily tempted by books.
There will be refreshments (mocktails and cocktails), snacks, and some Palestine goodies for sale.
All money raised will go to support families in Gaza.
Suggested donation $10-25, pay what you can for Black and Indigenous people.
