Recharge & Create: Playful Painting for Burnout Recovery 🎨✨
Rediscover Your Creative Spark!
Join us for a delightful workshop dedicated to burnout prevention and recovery through the transformative power of art. Stepping away from our screens, we’ll use our hands and minds to reconnect and rejuvenate!
Together, we’ll gather at de Boomsspijker (Atelier 2.2), where Mon—the creative force behind Flock & Doodle—will guide us in tapping into our childlike creativity. With an array of fun tools, such as paper straws, forks, our own fingers, and even Play-Doh stamps, you'll explore innovative ways to express yourself on canvas.
✨ What to Expect:
- A warm welcome awaits both newcomers and seasoned painters; no experience required!
- Dress comfortably—wear clothes that can handle a little paint. While aprons will be provided, unexpected spills can happen!
- Emphasis will be on emotional expression rather than technical skills; we’ll share insights about the feelings and symbolism in your art.
- Participation in sharing your work is entirely your choice—join the conversation or enjoy your creative time in peace!
