Featuring insights from Félixe KAZI–TANI, who has collaborated on a recipe book inspired by The Whoever Said Dykes Can’t Cook Cookbook by Victoria Ramstetter & Maya Contenta, and Albena SHKODROVA, author of Rebellious Cooks and Recipe Writing in Communist Bulgaria.
