RISO 101: Introduction to Risograph Printing 🎨

Join us for a beginner-friendly workshop where you'll dive into the colorful world of Risograph printing—a fun and dynamic process that sits between screen printing and photocopying!

What You'll Learn:

• ✦ How the Risograph machine operates
• ✦ Basic color separation techniques
• ✦ Preparing your artwork for RISO
• ✦ Printing and layering colors on the machine

Participants will create and print their own 2-color Risograph artwork directly from their laptops. Feel free to bring along black-and-white drawings, photos, collages, or digital files to explore this exciting medium! ✶

No prior experience is necessary! This workshop is open to artists, designers, writers, and anyone curious about printmaking and independent publishing.

Important: To join the Now Place RISO membership studio, completion of this workshop or prior Risograph experience is required. At the end of the session, you'll walk away with 20-30 copies of your unique prints! ✷
