Fox is one of Sweden's most cherished social dances, uniquely blending influences from various global partner dance styles. Beneath its smooth steps and natural flow lie traces of Argentinian Tango, Kizomba, Swing, and Classic Foxtrot. Now, let's harness these elements!

🗓️ WORKSHOP CONTENT:

In this two-day unique workshop, you’ll explore the roots of the Fox dance while integrating qualities from different styles. Ever wondered how the intensity of Tango, the playfulness of Swing, or the grounded presence of Kizomba blend together with Fox’s flow? The answer is found in technique! Understanding lead and follow allows for natural expression on the dance floor.

We are thrilled to present some of the top instructors, each a specialist in their own genre, guiding you through a weekend filled with inspiration, knowledge, and sheer joy!

📆 SCHEDULE:

Saturday:

• 10:00 - 10:15: Presentation & Warm-up
• 10:15 - 11:30: Classic Foxtrot
• 11:30 - 12:30: Lunch
• 12:30 - 14:00: Argentinian Tango
• 14:00 - 14:30: Break / Practice Dance
• 14:30 - 16:00: Kizomba
• Saturday Evening:
  • 16:00 - 17:30: Guided Social Dance / Coaching
  • 19:00 - 22:00: Dance Night at Epic (not included, cost 200 SEK; coffee buffet included)

Sunday:

• 10:00 - 11:30: Swing
• 11:30 - 11:45: Break
• 11:45 - 13:00: Wrapping Up

As a participant, you will have the unique opportunity to dance with all our amazing instructors throughout Saturday! When not teaching, they will join you on the dance floor for a day filled with community, joy, and vibrant energy!

• Frida Ellinor – A prominent voice in Kizomba, renowned for her sensitivity and pedagogical talent.
• Giorgio Regnoli – Our passionate expert in Argentinian Tango, with a keen eye for detail and expression.
• Ann-Charlotte Vacker – A powerhouse in Swing, with extensive experience in developing dancers from beginner to advanced levels.
• Tobias Wallin – One of Sweden's most recognizable dance figures, guiding you through the elegance and technique of Foxtrot.

1,650 SEK (coffee included)
Lunch: Organized individually or join our group lunch order at cost price, arranged closer to the event.
