We ensure that our run is accessible for ALL LEVELS. 🚶‍♂️ No one gets left behind; we've got your back regardless of your pace! Whether you're an experienced runner, a beginner, or just looking to have some fun, everyone is invited to join us.

🎒 YES to: Bag drop, coffee, showers, and complimentary coworking

📅 THE BREAKDOWN:

• 7:00 AM – Arrive, drop your bag, enjoy some coffee, and warm up! ☕
• 7:15 AM – A slow-paced 20-minute city run, covering 3.5 km—everyone runs at their own speed! 🏃‍♀️
• 7:35 AM – 10-minute community workout for strength, stretch, and sweat! 💪
• 8:00 AM – Breakfast, beats, and boogie back at Coco Café! 🎶🍳
• 9:00 AM – Enjoy free showers + coworking! 🚿💻
