About the event
Morwan is a post-punk band founded in Ukraine in 2019 by Kyiv-based musician Alex Ashtaui, originally as a solo project. In 2023, bassist Kaiin Pólina, also known as Woundedkind, joined Alex; the duo is now based in Berlin. Morwan’s music is primarily dynamic and dark post-punk, often featuring elements of folk and ethnic music. They will perform at Salo in Prague on June 3, 2026, with Prague-based band Robovi Trotoara being the suppoting act.
