Shame is a common human experience that we often shy away from. It has the power to hold us back, suppressing our desires and longings. This weekend workshop aims to transform how we perceive shame—not to heal it, but to embrace it. Together, we will dive into the rich landscapes of shame, discovering the opportunities it presents for connection and self-exploration.

What to Expect:

• Express and Play: We’ll engage in various exercises aimed at welcoming shame as a valuable companion in our lives. Experience profound connections, both with yourself and others, as we navigate the shadows together.
• Building Trust: Before delving into deeper explorations, we will create a solid foundation of trust through movement, meditation, and boundary-setting exercises.
• Collective Experience: Witness and share in the exploration of shameful fantasies, opening new pathways for understanding ourselves and our relationships.

This workshop is open to all genders and sexualities:

• Those curious about the energy that lies within shame
• Individuals eager to experiment and venture into new territories
• Participants willing to share their experiences

Note: This workshop is not recommended for individuals with unresolved trauma or those unwilling to explore vulnerability.

What to Bring:

Bring comfortable attire for movement and any props or tools that may inspire your exploration of shame. Think creatively—whether it’s something revealing or an item you feel a bit ashamed about!

• Anitta (She/Her): A multifaceted professional with a background in theater, dance, yoga, and therapy. Anitta creates playful spaces that inspire deep connections.
• Gabrielle (They/She): A trauma-informed facilitator with years of experience in the kink scene, focusing on consent and creativity. They invite participants to explore play with humor and depth.
• Signe: A movement instructor and community builder, Signe enhances the workshop experience with her unique approach to connection and exploration.
