You know that project you have tucked away in the corner of your desk or the corner of your mind? Pick it up and bring it on Sunday to make some progress in a supportive environment! If you like, choose to work on a painting or collage, with materials provided by us.
A relaxed + focused agenda: we’ll share our intentions for the session, then have quiet focus time, then optionally share and socialize.
We'll be in the back patio at Kissa Kissa, a vinyl jazz listening bar in Crown Heights — music during our session will be curated and perfect for getting into the productive / creative mode ✨✨ You are encouraged to buy something, e.g. food or drinks, to support the venue. Kissa Kissa will offer a featured drink, just for Side Project Sessions 🍸

Q: What kinds of projects can I work on?
A: Anything you’re interested in, and can do in a cafe setting. Some examples could be: Producing that album, writing that book, vibe coding that app, organizing your planner, completing your fantasy draft, trying needlepoint, learning Portuguese..

Q: Do I have to bring a side project?
A: You can also bring an open mind to dedicate the session to something new! Happy to help you brainstorm or find inspiration.
Q: Will there be food and drinks?
