SPARK Clubhouse is open to anyone (between 18-30) curious about living with more clarity. From within.

Session #1 — Journaling: From Noise to Narrative
We use AI tools every day, and one thing is clear: the quality of the output depends on the prompt.
The clearer the question, the more useful the answer.
Journaling works in a similar way.
The way you write and the questions you ask yourself shape what you notice, understand, and how you move forward.
In this SPARK Clubhouse session, we explore writing as a practical tool to organise your thoughts, reflect on your experiences, and make sense of what’s happening in your mind and your day.
Throughout history, people have used writing to capture ideas, pass on knowledge, and reflect on their experiences. Today, journaling builds on that same principle: writing as a way to slow down, think more clearly, and listen inward.
During this session, you’ll be guided through different writing approaches. From open, unstructured writing to more intentional questions that help you gain clarity, process emotions, and make decisions.
You’ll leave with tools you can use anytime. Creating space for what matters, on paper.
