Join us for three action-packed days of coaching, competition, and camaraderie with a community that shares a passion for lifting! Everyone is welcome, from beginners to seasoned lifters, as we believe in lifting each other up!

Friday:

• Vehicle Pull Workshop
• Tumble Dryer Toss Workshop
• Nutrition Workshop

Saturday:

• Conan's Wheel Workshop
• Classic Strongman Workshop (bar bending, stone toss, tyre flip, farmers)
• Pressing Workshop (log press, bench variants)
• Squat and Deadlift Workshop
• Social

Sunday:

• Event 1: Max Deadlift
• Event 2: Conan's Wheel for distance (pick your own weight)
• Event 3: Tyre Flip (60s)
• Event 4: Stone to Shoulder
