This event brings together student and alumni-led teams to present groundbreaking artificial intelligence ventures to a prestigious panel of industry judges drawn from the worlds of entrepreneurship, venture capital, banking, and AI technology.

7:30 – 7:45 PM | Opening Remarks
A warm welcome and introduction to the evening from Cambridge10.
7:45 – 8:45 PM | Finalist Pitches & Q&A
Each finalist team delivers a focused 5-minute pitch to the judging panel, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
8:45 – 9:00 PM | Break
A short intermission before the awards.
9:00 – 9:15 PM | Award Ceremony
Winners are announced and celebrated.
9:15 – 10:30 PM | Networking Reception
Drinks and light bites are served, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, founders, and judges.
Teams will be assessed across five dimensions, each equally weighted:
AI Innovation – How novel and technically sound is the AI component of the solution?
Market Opportunity – Is there a clear, sizeable, and addressable market?
Business Model – Is there a credible path to revenue and sustainability?
Team – Does the team have the skills and drive to execute this vision?
Presentation Quality – How clearly and confidently is the pitch delivered?
Teams must be led by at least one current University of Cambridge student or Cambridge alumnus or alumna. Teams may include members who are not affiliated with Cambridge, provided the lead is a Cambridge student or alumnus. Each team must consist of between 1 and 4 members, with a maximum of 4 people. Individuals may only participate as part of one team. You do not need to have a registered company, an idea is all you need to apply.
