We decided to actually test it.
Bringing a small group of builders to our villa for a weekend.
The only rule: leave sunday with something live.

Here is the concept:
Friday: arrive. brainstorm. pick the best idea. bbq. poker.
Saturday: build. with AI. non-stop
Sunday: polish. ship. live. real users

No fluff. No meetings. No demos. No pitches. Just building.
This is a live experiment to prove how fast a small team with ai and the right lead can go from idea to production.
