The snow-covered Caucasus, New Year’s celebrations, and Orthodox Christmas, all spiced up with more than a few glasses of local wine and brandy. Pavel Svoboda (*1985) is a geographer by training living his dream as a travel photographer. The author of popular travel lectures has spent several years of his life traveling through Asia, South America, and Northern Europe. A lover of high mountains, remote regions, and little-known destinations. He presented the stories of his major six-month journeys in the photo travelogues Across South America and Across Asia; now he is releasing his third book, titled Mountain Wanderers
