Vision Quest - Utesittning. Short & Sweet

✨ Join us for an immersive afternoon and evening in nature, where you can pause, reflect, and find stillness. The Vision Quest (utesittning) is an ancient practice designed to help you discover clarity and direction in your life.

Guided by Daniel Faunbäck, this shorter, gentle version allows you to connect with nature while remaining close to your guide. We'll begin as a small group, setting intentions and preparing ourselves for the experience.

Together, we'll venture into the wilderness, where Daniel will assist you in forging a deeper connection with nature and your unique way of interacting with the forest. Afterward, you'll find your own personal space to sit, allowing for around 6 hours of contemplative stillness. This is your time for introspection, where you can observe the movements, sounds, scents, and life that surrounds you.

🧺 What to bring:
• Warm clothing suitable for the weather (remember, you'll feel colder while sitting still)
• An insulating sitting mat
• Blankets or extra layers
• A thermos
• Rain gear, if necessary (we sit outdoors in all weather)
