✨ This month is special: we’re celebrating one year of Work&Place and for the first time, the event will not be held at Plantclub, but hosted in a the beautiful new Studio Pollina studio.

Guest session: 🌿 Tiny Engagements for Big Team Momentum with Vanessa Christina Dsouza, a Learning Experience Designer at Yellow and New, who creates impactful and creative learning programs across industries.
We will explore together how can small, intentional actions create real momentum within teams? Participants will reflect on where their teams currently stand, take part in a short practical exercise, and gain a simple framework for understanding team development — and how to support it through small, meaningful actions.
