Workshop in Lyrical Jazz!

Join us for an inspiring workshop that begins with breathwork, a short meditation, and asanas to help ground and relax your body before diving into a traditional jazz warmup and diagonals. 🧘‍♀️💃

You'll have plenty of time to dance, and the choreography will be slow and lyrical, perfect for intermediate dancers looking to enhance their skills!
