Después de la primera y segunda edición (que fue un éxito 💛), ahora se viene el tercer workshop de medialunas en Berlín.
Este es un espacio pensado para compartir, aprender y meter las manos en la masa, literalmente.
Durante el workshop voy a mostrar paso a paso cómo hacer medialunas desde cero, compartiendo técnicas, tips y todo lo que fui aprendiendo en estos años trabajando con masas laminadas. Después, cada uno va a tener su momento para practicar formado, mientras acompaño y doy feedback.
La idea es que sea un grupo chico, relajado y personalizado, donde puedas realmente aprender y disfrutar el proceso.
Al final, compartimos una merienda con medialunas recién hechas y café ☕️
Y sí, también te llevás masa lista para hornear en tu casa.
