About the event

A smart, embodied writing workshop.
Event Description:
The workshop "Writing Practice: Finding Your Voice" is an offline workshop for founders, operators, writers, and creative leaders who have a book, an essay, a keynote, or a piece of work inside them that they keep meaning to finish.
We work with paper, pens, and a room full of people committed to the same thing: finding their voice and putting it down on paper.
Across three hours, the workshop moves through guided writing on paper, a sharing and listening circle, and a practical session on how to produce work in a digital world without losing your own voice.
You’ll leave with a finished piece of writing, a clearer sense of what you’re trying to say, and practical tools to help you keep going long after the workshop ends. The goal is to find our flow, move through procrastination or perfectionism gracefully, reconnect with our own thinking, and build momentum on projects that have been sitting unfinished for months.
Whether you’re writing for work, leadership, creativity, or personal expression, the goal is simple: to help you say what only you can say.
Hosted by Equals and Jos Dirkx — Top 100 Woman in AI, bestselling author, and speaker for Google, HSBC, Workday, IHG, the Dubai Future Foundation, and many more.

Three reasons that make this event unique:

  1. You leave with a real, finished piece of writing in three hours — not a framework, not a workbook, an actual page that's yours.

  2. A genuine offline reset. Phones away, laptops closed, paper and pens only for the writing portion of the event. The deliberate counterweight to a week otherwise built for speed.

  3. At the end, we look at a few practical ways to use AI as a creative collaborator without losing your voice — led by a Top 100 Women in AI, who advises Google, the UN, and the WEF on navigating an exponential future.

Facilitator/Speaker Bio:
Jos Dirkx is a global keynote speaker, AI advisor, and best-selling author, named a Top 100 Women in AI. She advises some of the world's leading organisations — Google, HSBC, Nike, the Dubai Future Foundation, the WEF, the UN — on navigating an exponential future, while writing and recording music about identity, belonging, and what it means to stay human in a world that is changing fast.

"The faster the world moves, the more important it becomes to know what you actually want to say — and have the discipline to put it on a page."
