Join us for rejuvenating yoga sessions amidst nature! 🌞
Presented by YogaSole, our free outdoor yoga classes welcome all levels—whether you're just starting or have been practicing for years. Bring your kids along, as everyone is invited to participate! 👶🧘♂️
What to Expect:
- Location: Lower East Side Ecology Center, 397 FDR Dr, New York, NY 10002, United States 🌆
- Schedule: Classes are offered every Tuesday at 6:30 PM, weather permitting. Make sure to check our social media for any updates or cancellations! 📅
- Mats: A limited number of yoga mats will be available, but feel free to bring your own! 🧘♀️
- Refreshments: Enjoy snacks and water provided for participants. 🥤🍏
- Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, stretching, and relaxation.
