Craft Club: Landscape Collage

This month, we’re making landscape collages.
It’s collage in its most satisfying form: tearing and cutting paper into shapes, layering patterns and colors until something starts to look like sky, or water, or a field in spring. No drawing, no painting experience needed. You’ll be working with shapes and composition, which means your hands can do the thinking.
We’re bringing a full spread of collage materials, plus tempera paint sticks and filler paper so you can make your own textures and colors to work with. There will be examples and starting points to look at, but the real work is just playing with the materials and seeing what shows up.
That’s the thing about collage: you rip something, and it’s already art. You don’t have to plan it out. You just have to start.
We’ll guide you through it. Process over perfection, always.
