Join us for Ecstatic Dance, a unique freestyle community dance experience where we gather in a sacred space—free from words, alcohol, and phones—to fully immerse ourselves in movement. 🌟

Feel the music guide you as we explore a dynamic range of sounds, from soothing melodies to energetic beats, blending everything from sexy bass rhythms to uplifting remixes and sound healing vibes towards the end. This journey creates a holistic experience for your body, mind, and spirit. 🕺✨

📍 Where: High Tide Room, Bondi Pavilion
🎟️ Tickets: Limited availability—secure yours early!

Arrival: Doors open at 7:25 PM and close at 8 PM to maintain the rhythm. Late arrivals cannot be admitted.
What to Bring: Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Remember, shoes are left at the door!
What to Expect:

• Experience a 90-minute structured dance journey, led by the intuitive guidance of your body.
• Enjoy an expertly mixed musical set by an experienced Ecstatic Dance DJ.
• Engage in the warm-up, dance journey, cool down, and closing circle.

This is a space to explore your emotions through movement. Whether you dance intensely or move gently, honor your personal experience and those around you, embracing the boundaries of silent communication.

Public Transport: Bus stops are conveniently located right outside Bondi Pavilion.
