We are thrilled to announce the return of Powwow Dance Classes! This enriching 19-week series is open to all Indigenous families and individuals. Participants will explore the protocols, history, and cultural significance of the Powwow.
This series provides a unique opportunity for dancers to be honored during a special (optional) Coming Out Ceremony at the 37th Annual Indian Days Powwow.
Workshop Details:
📅 Dates: Thursdays from February 19th through July 2nd (Note: Class will be held on March 12, 2026)
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
📍 Location: Daybreak Star Cultural Center (5011 Bernie Whitebear Way, Seattle, WA)
