Sapulpa’s World Fest!

Looking for vendors and food trucks now!!! Food trucks -$0 sign up but will agree to offer 100 bite size samples to be sold as tasting trays! This will be a fundraiser for our Elks Lodge 💜 $15 trays will be sold to allow 100 people to sample EVERY TRUCK. 10-15 trucks in front parking lot. Kids Zone- Looking for one inflatable company to charge $5 per kid for multiple inflatables in the back yard, donating $1 per kid back to the Elks Lodge. OrSearching for one sponsor of $2,500 to pay for inflatable and kids zone will be named for you. Possible partnership with Sapulpa ParksFace Painter Vendors, Clubs, Sales -$20 per booth located in back parking lot Bar- Sapulpa Elks Lodge will be open to visitors and will open our private bar. Alcohol must stay within the lodge. Seating - Cooling off - Eating area - Bathrooms Event Center will be set up Musicians - We would love to showcase some up and coming bands 😉 This is a fundraiser but we may be able to work something out
