Experience tranquility in nature with Forest Bathing & Art in Nature — a blend of gentle forest immersion and art-making intended to foster connection and community. This enriching session, led by Shub of Canvas of Calm and facilitated by Bhavna from Forest Flow Wellbeing, offers a unique opportunity to slow down and heighten your senses.
As you wander through the serene trees and natural pathways, you'll explore themes of symbiosis and connectedness within the natural world, observing how living systems support each other in visible and hidden ways.
Engage in simple art-making and journaling to reflect on your role within these networks:
- Where do you feel supported?
- How do you provide support?
- What does your connection to your community look like?
No prior art experience is required; the focus is on slowing down, noticing, creating, and reflecting without pressure. All art materials will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
